These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Little Posy & Petalz's Website, located at www.littleposypetalz.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “Little Posy & Petalz”, "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Customer and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Malaysia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Order Placement
In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on Little Posy & Petalz site.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. While customer shall be responsible for the extra delivery charges in the event that the delivery address changed in last minute (second delivery attempt).
Upon placement of your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
At least 24 hours pre-order is required in advance, while order placement made 2-3 days in advance is preferable.
Delivery
Our standard delivery hour will be held between 10:30am – 6pm
We accept specific time delivery upon request. However, we will not held responsible / we do not guarantee that the item(s) will reach at that specific time slot due to unforeseen circumstances such as incorrect delivery details, weather conditions, natural disaster and other causes beyond our control.
The customer should hold responsible to ensure that the recipient is available/ present at the address given at the time of delivery. We will do our best to contact the recipient. In the case the recipient is not available, we will notify the customer and the item(s) will be either returned to Little Posy & Petalz or deliver to re-scheduled address upon request of the recipient or the customer. Re-delivery charges shall be bare by the customer. Non-refundable in the case the item(s) have been duly delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Return / Refund / Cancellation
All flowers are delicate and perishable, scars on petals may occur and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless, therefore, return/ refund is NOT acceptable.
Return /refund is acceptable in the case that the bouquet is in a poor condition (very poor shape/ form and/or more than 50% of the flowers wilted) upon receiving. The recipient and/or the customer shall make a report to us within 2-3 hours upon receiving the item(s), or else, we shall not held responsible to it.
Order can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
Substitutions Allowed
We will always attempt to fulfill all the orders as closely as possible. However, in the event of any supply difficulties (wrapper, flowers or other items that comprise the order) and/or flowers we have received from the supplier do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute with content equal to the original value of the product.
